Return process:

Please submit a return request on our quick returns and exchanges page and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
Hand in your package at the local post office.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Policy:

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by acfoda.com.
We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.
Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out. We are not responsible for returning non-ACFODA products. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

Returns reasons & Solution

1. Arrived late: We promise delivery within 30 days or refund you $6
2. Defective/Manufacturing Defects/Quality Issues: Resend a new pair.
3. Doesn't fit me (wrong size/color ordered): Refundable, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
4. Changed opinion (item no longer desired): Refundable, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
5. Wrong item received (wrong/missing item from the package): Refundable, we are responsible for the return shipping fee.
6. Parcel damaged on arrival: Resend a new pair.
7. Incorrect shipping information: Please check your shipping information when you place orders and let us know if you want to change the shipping information.
8. Other (Please specify in additional notes): Please contact us, we will try our best to help you.

Please contact us if you wish to return items to the nearest return address. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
